Carlos Pardo is a Colombian psychologist with a master's in science in contemporary urbanism from the London School of Economics. He has worked for development banks, United Nations agencies and cooperation institutions. He founded despacio.org in 2008 and was executive director until joining NUMO as a Senior Advisor in 2019. He is the proud recipient of the Cycling Embassy of Denmark’s 2018 Leadership Award.
