Christina Shim is the Chief Sustainability Officer for IBM. She leads the use of AI and hybrid cloud technologies to accelerate progress toward sustainability and environmental stewardship across IBM’s operations, supply chain, products, and services. Shim previously served as the Global Head of IBM Sustainability Software, a multi-billion-dollar business that harnessed the power of AI, IoT, hybrid cloud, and more to provide clients with enterprise applications and industry solutions that helped translate sustainability ambition into action. She is also on IBM’s AI Ethics Board.
