A partner with Deloitte’s Sustainability and Climate Change practice, Geneva has spent her 20+ year career as an environmental ‘pragmatist’, helping organizations to accelerate the transition to a sustainable future.​ Throughout her career she has focused on the dimensions of organizational governance, strategy, risk management, and reporting as levers to embed collaboration, accountability, and sustained solutions to address some of the world’s critical challenges, particularly climate change and diminishing natural capital. People and culture are central to her approach, as problems need owners with shared understanding and commitment to the solution. With a predominant energy, resources, and industrials sector focus, her expertise includes ESG and climate change strategies, natural capital accounting, ERM, operating models and governance, business process optimization, and ESG/climate/sustainability data management and reporting. Geneva strives to be a trusted advisor and she’s an optimist who loves her field, demonstrating this with her relentless pursuit of working with others on solutions that ignite and inspire sustained and successful change.
