We are pitching this internally for our hourly employees to receive such a benefit & I need some real-world examples besides Patagonia to demonstrate how Neanderthal we are in the space. It’s a non-issue for salaried folks, who can just take off for an afternoon to do volunteer work. But for our hourlies, they have to do it on their own time or take unpaid leave (which is also an equity issue in my eyes)." Read More
