Mike O'Connell

Michael O’Connell is Vice President of Supply Chain where he oversees the strategy and execution of Frito-Lay’s Warehouse, Logistics, Fleet and In Market Operations along with PepsiCo North America’s Food and Beverage fleet engineering and sustainability strategy. This includes the people, process, design, and asset management systems along with technology solutions in support of PepsiCo’s Supply Chain Operations.   Michael began working for FLNA in 1991 at its Wooster, Ohio manufacturing facility. In his 28 years with the company, he has held a number of positions in Service and Distribution, Finance and Supply Chain at various PepsiCo facilities.   He received his MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and a combined B.S.B.A. (Finance and Operations Management) from The Ohio State University.
