Sarah Penndorf

Sarah  Penndorf is a sustainability  expert with 16+ years working in corporate, nonprofit,   consulting, and startup environments. She joined 3Degrees  in 2011 and launched the 3Degrees  renewable energy  procurement business  line. She leads global  renewable energy and carbon  reduction strategy engagements for  large clients, who come to 3Degrees with varying levels of renewables sophistication and needs, often with facilities in 100+ markets. Sarah’s expertise includes the establishment of procurement  priorities and principles, global renewable options analysis and strategy development (U.S., UK, China, Japan, Singapore, Australia, India, Argentina, Brazil), GHG accounting, executive-level workshops, renewable procurements and financial analysis, and contract management. Sarah has also led first-of-its-kind projects to procure high impact renewables in challenging markets. She is at the forefront of supply chain renewables, having performed in-depth research on barriers to increasing renewables in manufacturing markets, and invented solutions to accelerate adoption.
