Shelby Parks

Shelby Parks works on transportation electrification in Eastern states, particularly on policies related to charging infrastructure and the medium-heavy duty vehicle space. She is passionate about clean transportation, sustainable city planning, and eliminating air pollution in historically overburdened communities. She holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry and a master's degree in the atmosphere and energy program of civil and environmental engineering, both from Stanford University. Parks is based in NRDC's New York office.
