Sue Lebeck is platform director for the Cool Block initiative, a public-private-partnership empowering citizen action to create more sustainable, resilient and livable cities. She is chair emeritus of the City Protocol global public-private partnership (PPP) to develop shared protocols supporting smart city solutions; and a former member of the innovation-PPP expert network StarNet LLC. In 2009, Sue founded InnovatingSMART to observe, support and promote smart, sustainability-driven innovation.
