Vicky Lay

Vicky Lay is a Partner and Head of Impact Investments at Artesian, an alternative investment management firm based in New York. For a decade she has been focused on directing Artesian’s capital, innovation and human endeavor toward positive social and environmental outcomes. Vicky sits on the Investment Committees of Artesian’s VC funds. A former co-founder and COO who scaled a Silicon Valley-backed EdTech company 10x year-on-year across Asia-Pacific, she brings an operator’s discipline to capital formation and venture deployment. She was named on Forbes’ Asia 30 Under 30 Venture Capitalists list in 2017.
