Zhang Qifeng

Zhang Qifeng works at the POWERCHINA Eurasia Regional Headquarters and has 15 years of extensive experience in the overseas engineering sector. Having served in major international cities such as Doha, Istanbul, and Belgrade, he has participated in the delivery of major infrastructure projects, overseas market development, and comprehensive administrative management, building deep cross-cultural management capabilities and a broad global outlook.

Currently, he focuses on the strategic coordination of integrated affairs, covering key areas including cross-cultural integration management, sustainability practices, and community relations development. He actively promotes local staff training, festival celebrations, and youth exchange programs, strengthening China-Serbia team collaboration and establishing these efforts as a representative example of the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices in Serbia.
