Artemis Tiburcio
Artemis Tiburcio leads the Morgan Stanley global sustainability office’s engagement with early-stage climate technology companies and coordinates the company’s Sustainable Issuance Working Group, which guides issuance of green and social bonds.
She recently worked with 200 people internally and externally to design and coordinate approval of Morgan Stanley’s inaugural Sustainable Issuance Framework, enabling the firm to issue future green and social-labeled bonds.
She also helped launch an initiative to identify early-stage climate technology companies and connect them to Morgan Stanley financing options.
Earlier in her career, Tiburcio was a public finance investment banker at UBS, where she advised state and local governments on sustainability topics and structured several billion dollars in municipal transactions, including environmental infrastructure like water systems.
