Cedric Hille

Cedric Hille, who has degrees in economics and corporate social responsibility, is the data analyst responsible for non-financial reporting processes across the North America, Asia Pacific and Europe operations for James Hardie, a building products company. 

That system is now the source of truth for non-financial data used by the manufacturing, procurement, product management and environmental, health and safety teams.

Hille, who previously was a stewardship specialist at investment firm Robeco, was also instrumental in building a cost-curve modeling approach that enables James Hardie to prioritize projects by visualizing the business value creation opportunities tied to sustainability projects. That data will help the company meet the assurance requirements of regulatory reporting.
