Lucia Game

Lucia Game leads projects that test innovative e-mobility technologies and business models to promote electric vehicle adoption in New York City. 

One example of her work is a curbside charging initiative with the first 100 publicly accessible high-voltage Level 2 chargers in New York. The demonstration, set to conclude in July 2025, has so far achieved an 80 percent system-wide utilization rate and 99.9 percent uptime. 

Game is also the primary project manager for New York’s work to evaluate the costs of developing larger electric vehicles for fleet needs, such as the city’s bus network. She’s studying how factors such as on-site generation needs and managed charging services shape investment scenarios. 

Game, who has a degree in transportation engineering, previously worked as an e-mobility researcher at Darcy Partners consultants, conducting webinars and in-depth analyses, and an operations associate at Via, which provides software for municipal transportation systems.
