2009 EDF Corporate Fleet Emissions Survey Report

To help firms benchmark their fleet emissions, EDF recently surveyed the 300 largest corporate fleets in the U.S. as well as Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association members and now releases the research findings.
EDF’s Jason Mathers, who is leading the organization’s efforts to advance greenhouse gas management best practices in the commercial fleet sector, provided a guest column about the survey titled “Fleet Emissions Benchmarking: How Does Your Company Stack Up?” to GreenBiz.com and ClimateBiz.com.
Mathers created a fleet greenhouse gas calculator and developed a suite of training materials on fuel-smart driving behaviors in addition to initiating the survey on the environmental practices of leading fleets.
