2009 National Report on Postconsumer Non-Bottle Rigid Plastic Recycling

Published in February 2011, this is the American Chemistry Council’s third annual report that tracks recycling rates for non-bottle rigid plastic in the U.S.

Along with covering changes in how much plastic was collected and exporting trends, the report identifies barriers that are holding back more domestic recycling and suggests what can be done to increase the quality of recycled non-bottle plastic.
