2010 Energy Efficiency Indicator

This expanded survey, which now queries building professionals around the world, is the basis for three reports on the attitudes, trends and spending on energy efficiency in North America and global markets and in the healthcare industry.
The results of the North American survey, whose findings were the first of the three reports to be released, forecast a rebound in energy efficiency spending.
The global survey found that investments remain strong despite worldwide recession.
The survey on healthcare concluded that the sector is more likely than ever to invest in energy efficiency.
Executive summaries and webcast presentations of the survey findings, which were released April 19 to July 12, 2010, are available from Johnson Controls. The survey is managed by the company’s Institute for Building Efficiency.
