ABC’s of Emissions Trading

Between January and March 2002, Canada’s National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy hosted eight seminars on the basics of emissions trading in major cities across the country. The series attracted approximately 1,200 business and community leaders, representing more than 15 sectors of the business community, as well as environmental organizations and municipal and provincial levels of government. This report summarizes what participants had to say on the subject of emissions trading.
