Champions of the Low Carbon Economy

Top CEOs and senior executives who are leading their companies toward a low carbon economy share their concerns about climate change and lay out their reasons for wanting a global climate agreement now.

This joint report compiled by Dalberg Global Development Advisors for the UN Global Compact was released September 22 in New York. Heads of state and government from more than 50 nations and almost 200 leaders representing global businesses or civil society organizations were gathered at the UN Leadership Forum on Climate Change to build momentum for the climate agreement that is to be negotiated in December at the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen.
