Climate Change Projects Reports
In July 2002, the British government released two reports to help U.K. businesses fulfill the requirements of the Kyoto Protocol. The first report, An Introduction to Climate Change Projects, outlines the three Kyoto mechanisms for achieving compliance: joint implementation, international emissions trading, and clean development. More detailed information is available in the second report, An Explanation of Joint Implementation and the Clean Development Mechanism.
The reports were released by the Climate Change Projects Office, a government initiative dedicated to helping businesses reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
