Exelon 2020: A Low-Carbon Roadmap
In its broad plan to cut the equivalent of 15.7 million metric tons of carbon dioxide a year by 2020, Exelon looks to reduce not only its own emissions, but also those from customers and suppliers.
The utility has decided on a mixed bag of strategies, from new nuclear generation to cutting suppliers’ emissions to making its IT operation more efficient to educating employees.
