Green Procurement: Good Environmental Stories for North Americans

Organizations worldwide are making efforts to purchase products and services that are less harmful to local and global environments. In North America, both public- and private-sector organizations are implementing purchasing practices that include environmental, and social, considerations — and in doing so, they are taking part in a broader movement toward more sustainable forms of production and consumption.
