Local Leaders in Sustainability – Green Incentives

In this report, the American Institute of Architects takes a look at the various types of green building incentives being offered at the state and local level. The report gives an overview of real-world examples of the different incentives, and recommends which ones are working the best and what strategies government should adopt to make green building as attractive and available as possible.
