Ontario Power Generation Emissions Trading

Ontario Power Generation, has voluntarily committed to stabilizing net greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions at 1990 levels in the year 2000. Emission reduction trading (ERT) is one component of OPG’s integrated and flexible program to reduce GHG emissions, and is a tool that will help meet the GHG target. OPG has contracted with Highland Energy Inc. of Qu
