The Heinz Center’s “A Survey of Climate Change Adaptation Planning” examines worldwide adaptation planning resources, looking at eight adaptation plans and 18 adaptation planning efforts. The report says adaptation planning will be critical as city, state and regional planners face challenges, such as sea-level rise, caused by climate change.
