The World Buys Green: International Survey on National Green Procurement Practices

2001 marked the start of the biggest research project on green purchasing ever undertaken in Europe. “The World Buys Green” is the first publication from this international survey on national green procurement practices. It looks at Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, and Sweden, as well as Japan and Canada and the U.S. It summarizes the findings in these countries and compares the strategies each country has chosen.
