About me

I’m a product leader turned executive coach who helps growth-stage founders and operators lead with presence and make high-leverage decisions under pressure. I’ve led teams at Airtable, Gusto, and Clover Health, and now coach climate builders to cut through noise, align stakeholders, and execute without burnout. I also host Any Job Can Be a Climate Job, a podcast spotlighting insiders driving change from within. I’m a certified coach through New Ventures West, and my style blends sharp product and strategy thinking with grounded coaching to create fast, values-aligned action.
