What’s covered
Our existing operating systems—from hiring practices and energy strategies to payment systems—were all designed by us, and not too long ago at that. Some of these approaches are real head-scratchers, upon closer inspection. Since we created these systems, isn’t it within our power to realign them to achieve the outcomes we originally intended?
In a series of lightning talks, speakers will present brief observations that challenge the status quo by asking: Why do we do it this way? Wouldn’t it be more logical to approach it differently? Gain thought-provoking insights and share your own to help us optimize the systems we operate within and achieve better results.
