In the practice of yoga, Drishti, or the focal point for your gaze, helps to cultivate concentration and deepen the practice of yoga poses/meditation. In class, we will use our Drishti, gentle yoga poses, and movement to to focus on yourself, your goals, and your why. As sustainability practitioners, it’s important to find the balance between focusing on caring for the external world through our work and caring for ourselves through our personal practices, such as yoga and meditation. Join Morganne Sigismonti, a 200hr yoga instructor and Trellis team member, for a 30 minute session focused on you. You can enjoy this class in your conference apparel.
