This session will introduce you to the Inner Development Goals Framework, a set of 23 core leadership skills co-created by 1000+ scientists, experts and HR and sustainability professionals to foster resilience and transformation. Participants will engage in an experiential exercise to identify gaps in their own leadership approach and gain practical strategies to think and act in new ways that will improve their teams and organizations.
