Part 1: Transition Finance Topic Talks (65 minutes)

How can organizations secure the capital needed to fund decarbonization efforts in line with climate goals and ambitions? What factors are investors and lenders looking at when evaluating the climate-related opportunities, and how are things like climate transition risk considered?

Through a series of interactive presentations from corporate sustainability and finance leaders, Transition Finance Topic Talks will highlight challenges, solutions and strategies for integrating sustainability into capital planning decisions.

Part 2: Roundtable Discussions (75 minutes) 

Two back-to-back rounds of expert-led roundtable discussions will focus on key subtopics in transition finance. Attendees can engage directly and deeply to learn from real-world, practical experience in aligning corporate capital expenditures with sustainability targets, and how to ensure investments drive both financial returns and environmental impact.

Industry leaders will share insights on overcoming common challenges, such as balancing short-term financial pressures with long-term sustainability goals. Discussions will allow attendees to leave with a better understanding of actionable steps their organizations can take to secure the financing they need to pursue their climate efforts.
