Aaron Binkley is the Vice President of Sustainability at Digital Realty, where he is charged with developing the vision, strategy, overseeing implementation of the company’s sustainability programs. He is an expert on topics including renewable energy, energy and water conservation, sustainable construction, and corporate responsibility reporting.
Aaron is a founding member and current Chair of the Sustainability Committee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). He has written and spoken widely about sustainability in real estate and is the author of The Real Estate Solar Investment Handbook: A Commercial Property Guide to Managing Risks and Maximizing Returns. He is a Registered Architect; and has an undergraduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s degree from MIT.
