Abby serves a livable future for all beings by helping sustainability-focused teams become enabled, engaged and high-performing so they can make their greatest possible impact.

She leverages 20+ years of experience founding a mission-driven, venture-funded startup, leading Agile transformations for Fortune 500 enterprises, building product and design teams within tech organizations, and her roots as a Stanford and Carnegie Mellon trained product designer and strategist.

Her approach is rooted in helping teams to help themselves by collectively defining the business operations and culture to move quickly and have fun. Abby designs and facilitates human-centered, inclusive and playful work sessions that allow teams to have the same conversation, collectively envision and move forward together. She does her work with boundless creativity, empathy, and a love of collaboration with all the messiness that comes from working in partnership with diverse perspectives.

Abby has had the honor of supporting leaders doing meaningful work at The Nature Conservancy, Apple, Google, X (Alphabet’s Moonshot Factory), Netflix, Capital One, Cargill, Techstars, and early stage climate-tech ventures.
