Adrienne Pierce

Adrienne Pierce is the CEO for New Sun Road. She is an experienced business leader with a passion for renewable energy, Adrienne previously headed product management at IronRidge, a leader in solar mounting and racking. At SunEdison, she managed the REDI project development, a platform to remotely monitor 1800 renewable energy sites globally. In the semiconductor industry, she headed Edwards’ Sematech participation in PFC (perfluorocarbon) emissions reductions and prototyped the vacuum systems’ idle mode to reduce energy usage. Adrienne currently serves on the Board of Green Empowerment and is an active member of Women in Cleantech and Sustainability. As a Peace Corps volunteer in Gabon, Africa, Adrienne taught chemistry and physics. She holds an M.B.A from Thunderbird and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College.
