Ali Mize is the Senior Director, ESG at Neiman Marcus Group, where she leads the company’s first Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) strategy – ensuring it plays a key role in the company’s growth and transformation. Her team is directly responsible for sustainability, belonging, and corporate philanthropy initiatives across the enterprise – including The Heart of Neiman Marcus Foundation – and sharing progress through annual investor-grade disclosures. Previously, Ali worked in corporate responsibility at JCPenney, Kentucky Distillers’ Association, and Yum! Brands – collaborating with suppliers, legislators, investors, and other technical stakeholders to drive positive social and environmental change. She has also worked in sustainable investment management at UNPRI signatory Breckinridge Capital Advisors. Ali holds the Fundamentals in Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential from the IFRS Foundation and a Master of International Business degree from Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy.
