Allison Lin is the Global VP of Packaging Sustainability and Chief Circularity Officer at Mars, Inc., where she leads the cross-segment strategy to improve the sustainability impact of Mars’ packaging. She was previously the SVP of Sustainability and Market Development at Westfall-Technik, and has spent the majority of her career driving Sustainability at Brand Owners such as P&G, Starbucks, and Coca-Cola, launching multiple projects to move packaging to more circular formats, developing new systems for recycled content, and helping organizations develop sustainable packaging strategies and goals. She is involved with multiple committees and organizations across the Sustainable Packaging industry, including Sustainable Packaging Coalition’s Executive Committee, Ellen MacArthur Foundation Advisory Board, Consumer Goods Forum’s Plastic Waste Coalition of Action, Business Coalition for a Plastics Treaty, etc. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke.
