Amanda Rose

Amanda L. Rose is the agri-food systems lead at RTI International. She serves as a trusted advisor, researcher, and project manager, working with clients to design strategies and deliver programs that strengthen agriculture and food systems in the U.S. and globally.

With more than 15 years of experience, Amanda supports a wide range of clients – including private sector companies, local and federal governments, and philanthropic organizations – as they pursue impact amid complexity. She is an expert in applying systems thinking in practical ways, helping organizations translate their big picture visions for change into real-world solutions that fit their goals and capabilities. A skilled facilitator, Amanda excels at bringing together diverse perspectives and identifying new opportunities to create shared value across agriculture and food systems.

Amanda’s work is grounded in a deep respect for the people and places that sustain food and agriculture. Growing up on her family’s cotton and peanut farm in North Carolina continues to shape her perspective on agricultural work, rural communities, and the importance of practical, people-centered solutions.
