Andrew Alcorta is a Senior Director at the Center for Green Market Activation, where he leads efforts to develop market mechanisms to decarbonize materials production with a focus on high value chemicals, ammonia & fertilizer, and cement & concrete.
Andrew previously served as a Senior Advisor to the Department of Energy on industrial policy and commercialization of low-carbon projects. Prior to his time at DOE, Andrew was a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he worked with clients across heavy industry and manufacturing to develop growth strategies and build demand signals for low-carbon products.
