Andy Twilling

Sustainability Manager
UPS
Andy Twilling is a sustainability leader at UPS, where she leads electric vehicle (EV) strategy and deployment, as well as renewable electricity procurement. Andy is known for distilling technical detail into strategic communication that aligns internal stakeholders and drives executive decision-making. In the past year, the EV project approvals and deployments Andy championed, once fully deployed, are projected to reduce over 10,000 metric tons of CO2e emissions annually. Also in 2024, she led the completion of the three largest multi-year renewable electricity contracts in UPS history. Prior to UPS, she worked as a sustainability consultant at 3Degrees. Andy holds a master’s degree in Earth Systems from Stanford University, along with undergraduate degrees in Biology and Art. A lifelong Bay Area resident, she is passionate about creating a future where all life thrives on this planet. At VERGE, she will speak about UPS’s approach to vehicle electrification.
