Anna Michael is the Sustainability Manager at Schuman Cheese. As the company’s sustainability lead, she oversees greenhouse gas accounting, climate-related customer disclosures, sustainable packaging initiatives, and regulatory compliance. Anna works cross-functionally to embed sustainability into business decision-making and long-term strategy. She is currently in her final semester of graduate school, pursuing an M.S in Sustainable Management at UW-Oshkosh.
