Annie Longsworth

Partner, Communications Lead, Value Creation

Annie Longsworth is a Partner at ERM Shelton where she leads the communication, brand, and marketing strategy for the value creation team. In her role, Annie works with ERM’s GP clients and their portfolio companies as they leverage sustainability to drive sales & brand preference, attract & retain talent, and optimally position throughout the hold period and in the run-up to exit. A pioneer in sustainability communications, Annie has helped shape the value of integrating communications into corporate sustainability strategy over the past 20+ years. Prior to joining ERM Shelton in April 2024, she founded the award-winning Siren Agency after three years as CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi S. Earlier in her career, Annie spent nine years as President of Cohn & Wolfe (now Burson), San Francisco, where she launched and led the global sustainability practice. She has worked with clients across many sectors, including financial services, energy, hospitality, and B2B through reporting, campaign development, employee engagement, and earned media. Annie was recognized by SustainabilityX Magazine as a Global 50 Women in Sustainability in 2024.
