Apoorv Bhargava is the CEO and Co-founder of WeaveGrid, a grid orchestration software platform that uses DERs to improve grid utilization, reliability, affordability and emissions. WeaveGrid’s DISCO platform is used by utilities in over 25 states to enable auto OEMs and DER manufacturers (including Tesla, Toyota, SolarEdge, Rivian) to help their customers save money via grid optimization of their DERs.
Apoorv has spent his whole career in the energy and climate space, including at Opower, NRG Energy, Capricorn Investment Group, and BCG. He holds an MBA and an MS in Energy & Resources from Stanford University, a BS in Chemical Engineering, and a BA in Energy Economics from Rice University. He was named to the GreenBiz and Forbes 30 Under 30 lists.
