Arjun Menon is the Head of Overseas Market Development at E-ThermoGentek, a Japan-based clean energy startup pioneering the recovery of industrial waste heat through patented thermoelectric generation technology. E-ThermoGentek is recognized for developing the world’s first flexible thermoelectric generation module, enabling both IoT power supplies and large-scale waste heat recovery systems.

A mechanical engineer by profession, Arjun brings more than 13 years of experience in engineering design and simulation. Since joining E-ThermoGentek, he has worked at the intersection of global market development and design simulation, leading the company’s international expansion strategy and building partnerships across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Arjun is driven by a passion for advancing sustainable energy solutions and bridging global markets to accelerate the adoption of next-generation thermoelectric technologies.
