I previously served as the principal advisor & consultant to Director Shah and the Loan Program Office at the US Department of Energy. Prior to DOE, I served as a senior staffer in the United States Senate where I helped negotiate key energy and climate provisions that led to the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act. In addition to my federal work, I have developed and executed over $1B + decarbonization programs for the State of California with the Center for Sustainable Energy, and have also served as a principal resource planner for San Diego Gas and Electric.
