Ashley Fill

Ashley Fill is the Global Director of Sustainability at Procter & Gamble, where she advances sustainability across home care brands. She has driven initiatives spanning circularity, water conservation, and consumer behaviour change for brands such as Cascade, Swiffer, Dawn, and Febreze, helping translate innovation into meaningful environmental impact at scale. Ashley is known for bridging business strategy, product design, and communications to accelerate adoption of more sustainable everyday habits.

She holds a Master of Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and Bacherlor in Mechancal Engineering.
