Athar Zaidi

Athar Zaidi is an accomplished technology executive with hands-on experience in developing and marketing engineering solutions and over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He is currently Senior Vice President and General Manager of Infineon’s Power ICs and Connectivity Systems Business Line in the Power & Sensor Systems Division, and oversees (AI) server and storage, ADAS, communication, high end consumer, charger & adapter, power tools, consumer electronics, mobile and PC products.

Prior to Infineon he had various management positions at Dialog Semiconductor, Semtech Corporation and Maxim Integrated.

Athar Zaidi holds dual Masters in Mechanical and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from University of California at Berkeley.
