Mathilde has over a decade of experience in carbon finance and corporate climate strategy. She leads Schneider Sustainability Business’ Nature- and Technology-based Solutions team, driving the development of a global portfolio of carbon reduction and removal projects. Working closely with project developers and local stakeholders, her team advances innovative climate solutions while strengthening existing mechanisms to help clients achieve their net-zero commitments. In addition to her corporate role, Mathilde serves as Chair of ICROA, where she champions high-integrity standards in the voluntary carbon market.
