Avintha Moodaly is a Director of Environmental Management at Kyndryl responsible for Regional Sustainability Programs. She is a strategy and climate specialist with over 25 years’ experience in the petrochemical and energy industries as well as environmental consulting. She has successfully transitioned companies through regulatory and sustainability landscape changes. She has helped clients with global operations in the Energy and Utility, Chemical and Financial sectors, develop and implement climate change programs. Her work experience includes sustainability strategy development, financial impact of climate risks and opportunities, scenario analysis, stakeholder engagement on climate change, GHG inventory development, decarbonization roadmap development and target setting (SBTi) and sustainability product and service development. Prior to joining Kyndryl she lead corporate strategy teams and consulted on climate change. Avintha holds a Chemical Engineering degree and an MBA.
