Ayesha Bapasola

Ayesha is an Environmental Policy Consultant with an academic background in Environmental Economics and over a decade of experience working with clients across government, industry and NGOs to improve packaging circularity. Ayesha led Eunomia’s work to support the development of the recyclability and recycled content requirements in the EU Commission’s proposal for a Revised Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, and provides advice and technical insight to help Eunomia’s clients implement the new requirements. Most recently, Ayesha has been engaged in the development of EPR mechanisms for emerging economies, and is leading work to support the push for a global plastics treaty.
