Ben Christensen

Ben, a Forbes 30 Under 30 lister and TEDx speaker, is a visionary leader, an industry expert, an experienced, impactful speaker, and an ultramarathoner. He is the CEO and Co-founder of Cambium, a climate-tech start-up. Ben has over a decade of experience in the climate space, and over half of those years have been leading Cambium. Whether running 150 miles across the desert or building a company from the ground up, Ben explores what it means to push limits, offering grounded, real-world insights on climate, leadership, and navigating challenges. He holds a Masters of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, with a specialization in Business and the Environment.
