Bradley Chandler is an award‑winning energy and sustainability leader with nearly a decade of experience advancing sustainable operations across commercial real estate, transportation, and construction. As Sr. Manager of Sustainability at Sunbelt Rentals, he oversees operational sustainability strategy and initiatives for a portfolio of more than 1,400 facilities and one of the nation’s largest commercial vehicle fleets.
Bradley leads enterprise‑wide programs spanning energy efficiency, onsite renewable energy deployment, fleet electrification, and the integration of alternative, low‑emission fuels. His work focuses on developing data‑driven strategies that reduce energy use, water consumption, and waste sent to landfills while strengthening business performance and resilience.
